Crunchgear has a tutorial on how to create your own Wooden USB flash drive that will surely be one-of-a-kind once you're done with it. The build instance is approximately 5 to 7 days, so don't start to think that you can produce a fortune out of that since you can basically churn out 6 of these each month at the most. The whole reason behind the lengthy waiting period consists mainly of glue and poly drying duration. Before you start, construct certain you have the following items in stock :-
- Band saw, table saw, or miter saw
- Scroll saw
- Belt sander
- Clamps or bench vise
- Utility knife
- Wood glue
- Sandpaper
- 000 & 0000 Steel wool
- Respirator or at least dust mask
