Talk about being a true blue fan of the sci-fi series Dr. Who - Rob Bosher managed to put his moment and energy to good use (subjective though) with a full-size Dalek replica. that DIY project cost him around £700, where it is made from wood and some scrap. At its base is an electric wheelchair to help it get around, while he controls it via a joystick. Apart from that, that monster comes with a voice modulator to resemble the
