BlackBerry outage again

Looks like RIM’s spine is creaking with another report on a partial outage that affects North American carriers, where BlackBerry Messenger and web browser alongside apps that rely on a input connection being unable to hook up, although the all critical e mail seems to work fine. It is plus pretty obvious now that not

all carriers and subscribers are affected, but what’s going on on RIM’s side these days?
