Archos 5 gets Donut and loses it
Folks who own the Archos 5 Android-powered Web tablet experienced a rather short-lived joy today – first, they received a new 1.6.08 firmware update which fixes a handful of existing features, only to have Archos pull the update from its website later on. Apparently, that was due to a last-minute major issue with the Web Browser, and they will spend the next few days flushing gremlins out of their system. Hopefully
