Apple boots app maker for fake reviews, Israel to get iPhone, and holiday iPhone games

Apple has scrapped 1,000 apps in the App Store from a company called Molinker. The removal of the apps was following complaints that the developer was posting fame reviews of the apps. The apps were mostly travel guides for various cities.

Stocks in Israel are down and in the midst of that announcement comes word that the iPhone is headed to three carriers in
the country. The phone will cost users about 800 shekels or about $210 plus the plan. Carriers are subsidizing about 2,000 shekels each.CNET has posted up a story that covers five of the best holiday games for the iPhone. I particularly like the Flight Before Christmas game, it looks cool.
