Angry Customer Sues Apple by Lack of 3G on iPhone 3G

Well, it looks like someone has finally had suitable of the iPhone 3G. At least that’s what we can glean from reports that an iPhone customer has filed a lawsuit against Apple considering the phone doesn’t live up to its advertised abilities.
 

I can understand being seriously disappointed by a product’s performance, but the phone has only been out for a little while. Might it be a bit more advantageous to just wait a bit longer for Apple to fix all of these issues?

In case you’re wondering, the customer’s name is Jessica Alena Smith and she has high hopes that the suit will be approved for class action status. And while being disappointed with the iPhone 3G’s performance is understandable, I can’t help but feel like that suit is meant to produce a quick buck.
