iPhone Problems With Win 7?

If you’re running an Intel P55 chipset, Windows 7, and an iPhone, you might be encountering some problems, whether the experience of quite a few humans online is anything to go by. Apparently many folks are unable to sync their iPhones with iTunes for Windows, and the majority of them have the combination mentioned above. There isn’t any official confirmation or acknowledgement of such a problem just yet, but in case you’re having similar problems, hopefully that data will point you in the right direction. Could that be a Windows 7 issue? We’re not certain, but there certainly seems like a possibility.

Are Muscle Sensors The Future Of Gaming?

We’ve seem a simple game controller for games such as Pong, controllers for the Playstation and additionally Nintendo’s Wiimote, but will the gaming in the future see the absence of controllers? Well, with the muscle-computer interface technology being investigated by Microsoft, the University of Washington in Seattle, and the University of Toronto, it just might be a possibility. The gesture recognition software can decode muscle signals from the surface of the skin, which in turn can trigger events, or even be used to play games. Simply put, we could unlock our car, change the track on your MP3 player, or even play (air) Guitar Hero just my flexing our muscles or twiddling our fingers. Cell Phones Reduce Bone Density?

Sometimes you just have to take pity on cellphones, last instance citizens used to claim that it caused cancer, now it’s being blamed for bone degeneration. Next we’ll have a study that concludes that cell phones invent is hungry or something. A recent study has surfaced that wearing a cell phone on a belt clip may aftereffect in lower bone density, thanks to the phone’s electromagnetic radiation. Hopefully that study isn’t all that accurate, after all, who doesn’t own a cell phone nowadays?

Bell Announces Samsung Omnia II

Bell should be feeling rather smug; as the announcement is out that the Samsung Omnia II will be exclusive to Bell. In case you’ve forgotten, that is the phone that is powered by Windows Mobile 6.5, sports a 3.7-inch AMOLED WVGA display, 5-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, GPS and 7.2Mbps UMTS/HSPA connectivity. The Omnia II has additionally earned the title of the “Official Mobile Device of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games”, particularly since Bell dumped a bunch of money to be the official communications sponsor of the games. The Omnia II will be available next month, although specific release dates and pricing knowledge haven’t been released just yet. Stay tuned!

Just push the button on top of that battery enabled device, and it’ll suck out all the air inside, helping you keep your pastries fresh longer. You’ll need two C-sized batteries to ability the thing, and of course, “batteries not included”.

Spooky DIY Tesla Radio

Fancy a little DIY project by the weekend? Well, a nice little guide has presented online, giving you directions on how to come up with a weird little radio (of sorts) in a jam-jar. Apparently that non-powered radio will pick up all sorts out weird, spooky sounds effects that you can pipe straight into your computer’s audio jack, allowing you to invent the process of falling asleep a whole lot creepier. whether for any reason you fail to get it working, at least you’ll have an intriguing paperweight, right?

iTunes Locks Palm Pre Out (Again)

When that cat and mouse game first started, we were rather intrigued, but after going back and forth so many times, it's starting to become tiresome. We're talking about the iTunes syncing issues with the Palm Pre of course, and with the latest iTunes update, the Palm Pre can't sync with iTunes again. One possible solution to end all that confusion would be to do like what RIM has done, and introduce its own version of BlackBerry Media Sync software which will allow iTunes users to sync their DRM-free music with the device. possibly Palm is just lazy, and trying to hitch a free ride?
