Vancouver Mounties Taser Man To Death

Vancouver Mounties Taser Man To Death

Mounties in Vancouver have tasered a man to death right after he jumped out of the window of a house. I find that story highly disturbing since the man was already bleeding from the chest and naked when he landed on the ground - how much of a threat will he pose to the authorities? Surely even the greatest circus performer can't secretly hide a gun inside any body orifice when naked, right? The mounties could have just subdued him physically without resorting to the taser. that is definitely not the first taser-related death and neither will it be the last.

Pedometer To Hit Nintendo Products?

Pedometer To Hit Nintendo Products?

Word has it that Nintendo is currently working on a pedometer, although it is really hard to see how one is going to include a pedometer into everyday gameplay. Having one that connects to the DS would be nice, since the DS is portable and all, but judging by the design of that thing, it doesn't look as though it will come with the connectors to hook up via the DS' Slot-2. Perhaps that will be yet another fitness-related game accessory for the Wii, but that'll only be super effective whether you're walking on a treadmill or something similar, right?
